How to Post
To post your experience on the site, all you have to do is type it up and send it on over via email (below) and it will be posted on the blog’s front page.
**Optional – Send along a Pic
You can send in a picture of yourself or of something that goes along with the theme of your post. Please make sure you take it yourself to avoid any copyright issues. If you choose not to I’ll include one for you from one of the many stock photo sites I have memberships with.
Say anything you want (almost)
The best post you can submit is one where you share how FOA (fear of anger) is expressed in your life, how it affects you and what you generally go through. That’s the meat so to speak. Secondary to that is tips and anything useful you’ve found that helps you through the issue.
The only rules are not to make your post political or make it one long rant about somebody who is not on your good side at the moment.
Include an Internet Name? Link?
Think of a name you’d like to be known by or one that you feel makes you anonymous. It can be your real first name if you like too. If you have a website or social media profile you can include that link along with your post if you want people to reach out to you.
